Terms and services of Iranian parquet flooring

Iranian parquet for residential and commercial customers.

Morflor Parquet Group offers products with the aim of providing first-class services to all its customers under completely clear terms and conditions. Morfloor Group products are produced in Iran under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any order registration at the head office, agencies, website or by phone means agreeing to these terms and conditions.

“Company” in this text means Morflor Parquet Group.

“Customer” in this text means every customer of the company.

“Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods or the provision of services by the company to the customer.

“Goods” in this text means any goods that are the subject of this contract.

“Dollar” in this text means US dollar.

The meaning of “day” in this text is working day.

Before placing an order, check the details of the product specifications to suit your purpose. If you are unsure about any item, please ask us for guidance. All orders accepted by the company are valid under the following terms and conditions.

1. Prices

The company’s pricing base is based on the US dollar, which is valid until the end of each year based on the stated currency. All Riyal prices announced by the company are only valid for 12 days. Since the offered product is finished in Iran and the final product is an Iranian parquet, the company is ready to produce any amount of product for the floor parquet. However, any notification of stock availability given by the Company is only correct at the time of notification, i.e. if the order is immediately confirmed by the customer. Otherwise, the company does not guarantee stock. Announced prices are only valid in writing, which must be signed by an authorized person from the company. In addition, the pre-invoice of the company is considered official.

The company can reject any order. This means that the company is not required to accept the order until it presents the sales invoice. All goods produced by the company remain in the company’s ownership until the cost is paid in full. If the customer cannot pay for the goods or stops the payment, the company has the right to demand the resulting legal fees from the customer.

Parquet prices of each Morflor product family are provided on the site. Contact the company to inquire about the final price. The cost of installing products of the Rayman and Sal family is free. The cost of installing other products is $8 per square meter.

2. Terms of payment

a. About the goods
20% of the invoice amount as advance payment
50% of the invoice amount for the supply of materials and production
30% of the invoice amount as settlement and before delivering the goods to the customer
b. About installation

If the installation is accepted by the company, the way to pay the installation fee is as follows:

70% of the installation amount as advance payment
30% of the installation amount for settlement and after the final completion of the installation

The company is not responsible for the installation of contractors outside the company. Any crimes caused by late delivery of goods by the company will be deducted from the last item of 2.A. If the amount of delay is more than the mentioned balance, the customer can unilaterally cancel the contract and demand a certain amount of damages.

3. Visiting the project site

The initial visit of the project for any consultation in the cities represented by the company is free. Outside of these cities, for the initial visit, the customer is responsible for the cost of transportation (as fast as possible) and accommodation if necessary. Project size estimation is free after the final order, in the case of customized projects. The estimate of the project size, if required by the customer before the final order, includes the cost, which is calculated as follows.

a. For projects below 300 square meters, $0.5 per square meter.

b. For projects above 300 square meters, $0.2 per square meter.

4. Iranian parquet floor installations

The first point is to determine the moisture content of the project. Regardless of what the sellers say, this is a very important point. In other words, whether it is Iranian parquet or a product of other countries, consider the humidity conditions of the project for installation. Before starting the installation of parquet, make sure that all work that deals with water or moisture has been completed on the project site. Because such things can increase the level of environmental humidity. The resulting moisture is absorbed into the wooden floor and eventually the tiles change shape. It is the customer’s responsibility to test the initial floor moisture and report the results to the builders.

Installing wooden flooring is one of the last stages of renovation. Like living organisms, wooden parquet is sensitive to changes in the environment, especially to changes in humidity. During the summer, when the weather is very hot and humid, the relative humidity may rise to 90%. When the humidity reaches more than 80%, the parquet may change shape and become moldy. In this case, the edges of the parquet are higher than the center. If this has happened, you must immediately eliminate the cause of the increase in humidity. The wooden tiles will return to their original dimensions.

In winter, when houses are heated, the opposite happens. It means that the humidity of the air decreases and the air becomes dry. When the humidity is less than 30%, the wooden floor will lose some of its moisture and will shrink as a result. In this case, thin gaps are created between the tiles. In order to reduce or prevent this process, the environment must have an air conditioning system that allows you to control the humidity level in your unit throughout the year. Morflor’s suggestion for the ideal ambient humidity for engineered parquet is 40% to 60%.

The second case is the appropriate temperature of the space, which should be 18 degrees Celsius (with a tolerance of 9 degrees Celsius). Wooden flooring can be applied directly on concrete, OSB or plywood. The floor surface must be smooth. (up to 3 mm unevenness in 2 square meters).

Also, the floor surface should be dry and protected from moisture. The amount of moisture should not be more than 2 cm for concrete, 1.8 cm warm floor, OSB and multilayer 10-12 cm. The customer should check the level of dryness of the floor before installation. Before installing the floor on the heated floor, make sure that the heating of the entire surface of the floor is the same. It is very important that the floor temperature fluctuation range is small. Floor temperature changes should not be more than 2 to 4 degrees Celsius during the day. In order to prevent gaps between tiles or cracks on the surface of tiles, the above conditions are recommended. In addition, only use special glue with an elastic base to install the flooring.

5. Samples

The company offers free samples of parquet tiles. These samples, as well as the photos in the website or catalog, are only used as a guide. Due to their size, as well as technical issues of resolution or print quality, they should not be considered a true representation of the entire work. Of course, the samples do not represent a complete parquet tile. Any piece given to the company for color matching for specific projects will not be held for more than 10 days. The company reserves the right to use these samples after 10 days.

6. Supply and installation / renovation / restoration

If the customer wishes to cancel or postpone the contract, he must notify the company earlier than 14 days. In case of cancellation of the contract exceeding the mentioned time, the customer pays 50% of the total amount of the invoice to the company. The customer pays $250 for any cancellation of the contract within 7 days and $600 for every 14 days.

Wood is a natural material that includes distinct differences in color, grain size, and the amount and variety of knots. And of course, it is these natural differences that create the warmth, beauty and uniqueness of parquet. Your floor may contain varying amounts of these natural properties. Like any other wood product, the color contrast of parquet also varies from tile to tile. Again, we remind you that the photos provided by Morflor are only as a guide for your purchase and that the charm of parquet, especially Morflor parquet, is that it includes such changes from house to house.

In renovation projects, when the original floor covering is removed or destroyed, any defects or problems in the floor of the unit will be identified. If this is done by us, the cost will be added to the initial estimate and may increase the installation and renovation time.

The heating and ventilation system must be turned on before flooring. All the plastering of the walls or ceiling must be finished before installing the parquet (plaster must have a maximum moisture content of 8%). In case of construction activity on the floor of the unit, the new floor must be completely clean and dry. In addition, if other executive forces, such as electrical technicians or curtain installers, work after installing the parquet in the desired unit, before that, the parquet must be completely covered with a protective layer such as carpet.

The company does not move household appliances (furniture, breakables, carpets, etc.) to install parquet. Any movement or disconnection of gas or electric appliances by the company includes a fee that will be done with the agreement of the customer. All installation spaces must be emptied before execution. If the installation is carried out by the company, the company is responsible for transporting all the waste, including wood dust or debris. When the work under the unit is not visible due to the presence of carpet, furniture, building materials, etc., it is the customer’s responsibility to remove the existing floor before the visit. Also, any corrective actions on the floor of the unit to improve the infrastructure have additional costs.

If the company undertakes the removal and removal of plumbing equipment (such as washing machines, dishwashers, etc.) or large appliances (such as refrigerators, etc.), although the necessary precautions are taken, we cannot be held responsible for the resulting damage or Let’s be next. Any repair and re-service of these devices is with the customer.

Ultraviolet light can change the color of wooden floors. Therefore, we suggest to move the carpets from time to time so that the light reaches other areas as well. Also, if there is a gap between installation for any reason, natural color changes will occur. They are almost impossible to match. Only time makes them similar.

Everything that is moved on the wooden floor must have special protections (seat base pads, etc.) to prevent scratches, wear and tear.

7. Color and finish

White color is not recommended in high-traffic areas (such as the kitchen and corridor). Remember that the color can fade due to UV light or masking. Sunlight areas should be protected by curtains. Most Morflor products are obtained with natural oil based colors. In this sense, in case of any damage, it can be easily repaired. During the warranty period of the product, this is the responsibility of the company. But after that, the cost will be included. Wood is a natural material. Each piece of wood is unique in terms of grain and color, and therefore no initial sample can be a sample of the final project. This company will not be responsible for the difference in shade, tone and color.

9. Maintenance of Iranian parquet

All wooden floors must be cleaned and maintained. Do not use any type of bleach or highly concentrated acid product to clean them. The use of a vacuum cleaner, water and dirt will eliminate any conventional pollution. In case of specific contamination, ask our experts for the type of cleaner.

10. Delivery

If the installation is not with the company, enough labor must be provided for evacuation. Of course, the company has no responsibility and liability for the unloading of the goods at the place, as well as the maintenance and security of these goods. The delivery of the goods must be accompanied by the signature of the goods delivery document by the buyer or his legal representative. We reserve the right not to deliver if we do not get the authorized signature.

All cases of force majeure such as war, riot, strike, epidemic disease, fire, flood, lack of means of transportation, closure of factories or suppliers or any other unforeseeable event, the right to postpone the contract or cancel it partially or He gives everything to Morflor Parquet Group. Subsequently, in such a situation, the buyer has the right to claim partial or total damages.

If, according to the predetermined time, the buyer refuses to deliver the ready-to-deliver goods for any reason, redelivery will be charged twice as much.

11. General

If the customer does not fulfill any of his obligations, the company can suspend or terminate the supply of goods at its own discretion. The contract or agreement between the customer and the company is under the legal laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We reserve the right not to return the goods returned by the customer. Any shortage, damage or complaint about the goods must be notified to the seller in writing within seven days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, any claim is rejected. In addition, any claim is limited only to the value of the claimed goods. The total claim cannot exceed the invoice amount (excluding VAT, shipping and installation).

12. Claims

Any claim by the customer for not sending the goods must be notified to the company in writing within 3 days from the date mentioned in the invoice. Any claim that the product is damaged or not delivered in the correct quantity or does not match the description must be notified to the company in writing within 7 days. Any oral advice given by the company is not guaranteed unless it is also given in writing. In addition, the company cannot be held responsible for the statements. If the customer determines that the product is defective, the company will replace the similar product or repair the defective product.

13. Registration rights

Any copy of the content of the company’s website and other virtual media can be prosecuted. A lot of time and effort has been spent to produce images and text content for the company’s website. Any violation of Morflor’s rights will be met with the most severe legal measures.

In addition, all the company’s products have been registered as intellectual property in the country’s property and documents registration organization. Any copying or imitation, however minor, will be pursued by the lawyers of the company’s legal department. Certainly, in such cases, the company will not make any concessions to facilitate judicial crimes.
